How to configure your WebFace account

Step 1

Connect to the WebFace Assignment Submission server wfsubmit.gscit.monash.edu.au using your preferred web browser. Netscape Navigator 4 (or above) and Internet Explorer 6 or greater is recommended.

Enter your Monash University supplied Authcate username and password

Step 2

Select the Student system.

If your enrolment has proceeded without problems you will see your units listed:



Selecting a Unit Code will take you to the assignment submission page for the subject, from which you can request a cover sheet or check the progress of your submissions. By default all students WebFace email will be sent to mugca – for most DE students this will need to be changed to your personal email account via your ISP.

To change the email address select arrange in the above screen, enter your desired email address and select Change E-Mail address.

If you find that a subject in which you are enrolled is not listed on the above page it can be manually added by selecting add. This will present a screen such as:



From which you can select the required Year, Study Period, Subject Code and Study Mode and then select Add Subject.
