The message "Outlook Express was unable to retrieve all the headers from newsgroup 'classes.it.gscit.gco.....'" appeared when I tried to access the newsgroup for my unit. How do I fix this?

This usually means that you either do not have access to this newsgroup or that your password is incorrect. Either re-enter your password or if Outlook is remembering your password then you will need to turn that feature off so that it prompts you for your correct password.
