Why do I get an "Authentication Failed" message when I try to access my GSCIT unit page?

• You do not have access to the newsgroup you are trying to view. Students only have access to the units they are enrolled in.
• Check the address to make sure that it is the correct semester offering for that unit. You will not be able to access previous unit offerings.
• If it doesn't prompt you for your username and password then your browser may be remembering an old or incorrect password. Close down your browser completly and try again. If it still doesn't prompt you then make sure that the remember password feature is turned off.
• If you can access https://my.monash.edu.au/ and your browser isn't remembering your password then request a password reset. Details can be found at the passwords page.
